Terms of Use
Effective date: July 29, 2026. 1. Agreement to these terms. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of restaurantexperience.com (the “Site”), operated by Renuvo Design Inc. (“Renuvo,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 2. The Restaurant Experience®. The Restaurant Experience® and TRX® are registered trademarks of Renuvo Design Inc. The Site describes a brand, experience, and replication governance system for restaurant and hospitality concepts. 3. No franchise-legal advice. The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. TRX® does not provide legal advice, franchise disclosure documents, franchise registration, or franchise brokerage services. Franchise legal and compliance matters should be handled by qualified legal professionals.
4. Intellectual property. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Renuvo Design Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission. 5. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harms Renuvo or others, or interferes with the Site’s operation or security. 6. Submissions. Information you submit through the Site’s forms is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renuvo Design Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. 8. Governing law. Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 29, 2026. 1. Overview. Renuvo Design Inc. (“Renuvo,” “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through restaurantexperience.com, how we use it, and your choices. 2. Information we collect. When you submit the Site’s contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company or restaurant name, number of locations, goals, timeline, budget range, primary challenge, and any message. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as analytics identifiers, through cookies. 3. How we use your information. We use your information to respond to your inquiry, assess fit for a TRX® engagement, communicate with you, and improve the Site. We do not sell your personal information.
4. How we share information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and communicate with you, such as our website platform and analytics providers, and where required by law. These providers are expected to protect your information. 5. Data retention. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. 6.
